Subject	Best oil weight for newly rebuilt engine

Message	I have tried many different weight dino oil, so far i can tell a big difference on thinner oil than thicker oil in terms of performance and startup after 500 miles on my new engine. So anyone recommends using thinner oil? i now use 5w30 which is the best IMO, i have tried 10w30 and 10w40 both have given me LOUD lifter ticks only when i started the car in cold. For 5w30, no ticks at all. comments?
